If your vehicle has been damaged by flood waters, a collision, a fallen tree, other fallen object, etc., and you need a tow, please call any towing service provider. If you have Towing & Labor coverage on your Electric Insurance auto policy and your vehicle has not been damaged (i.e., you simply need towing, winching, lockout assistance, emergency fuel delivery, a flat-tire change [using your spare], or a jump start), you may use service providers outside the roadside assistance program at no penalty to get faster assistance where possible.
