If your vehicle has been damaged by flood waters, a collision, a fallen tree, other fallen object, etc., and you need a tow, please call any towing service provider. If you have Towing & Labor coverage on your Electric Insurance auto policy and your vehicle has not been damaged (i.e., you simply need towing, winching, lockout assistance, emergency fuel delivery, a flat-tire change [using your spare], or a jump start), you may use service providers outside the roadside assistance program at no penalty to get faster assistance where possible. Please make sure you keep your receipt from the service company and fax it to Electric Insurance at 978.236.5307.
