Direct Repair Program

Electric Insurance has a direct repair program known as DRP where you can choose from a network of preferred repair shops. You are, however, under no obligation to use the DRP and may choose your own repair shop.
The benefits of using a shop in our DRP include:
- All repair shops have been pre-screened by Electric Insurance and meet our stringent standards
- You can schedule your repairs immediately
- Every shop offers a lifetime warranty on workmanship
- The estimate to repair your vehicle is submitted directly to Electric Insurance
- Electric Insurance and the shop agree on all repair costs
- Electric Insurance pays the shop directly for repairs
- Work on your vehicle is done by trained and certified staff
- Shops have the most advanced equipment and tools to get repairs done accurately and quickly
